HTET 2017 Forgot Registration No. Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (or HTET) is conducted every year by Haryana Board of School Education, commonly known as HBSE to gather applicants for filling vacant seats in either of Institutes in the state. An official notification is issued by the official website informing aspirants to fill the form to be counted as eligible for the job post. An examination has to be passed in order to gain the pathway of teaching under Governance of HBSE.
This year being no different, applicants were called on June 15, 2017 to fill the form by June 30, 2017. The examination is due dated 29th and 30th of August 2017.
Registration Number Retrieval
Registration Number is very important, and has to be carried when going for the examination. The serves as a proof for the invigilation that the candidate has successfully registered with the institution; and is eligible to answering the question paper. Follow the steps to retrieve your registration number.
- Make sure that the device is connected to internet. Go to the official website and look for ‘Forgot Registration No.’ column or click on the link http://htet.nic.in/htetapp/Online/GetCandAppno.aspx
- Fill in all the details asked for exactly as you typed in the application form. Name of candidate, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth will be asked.
- Enter the same security pin into the respective text box as shown in the image.
- Click on ‘Submit’ button. A new page will load showing your registration number. Carefully note it down in a safe place.
The registration number can also be looked for on the application form, if mentioned there. Please note that the above mentioned step may change if the website gets updated.
Other Details HTET 2017
Students will have to carry their admit cards and registration numbers with them where and when going for examination. The centre shall be mentioned on the admit card. If the candidate gets late or fails to carry his or her admit card, he or she will not be allowed to enter the hall and answer the question paper. Moreover, the candidate will be deemed liable and no compensation shall be entertained thereof.
The result of the examination will be announced on 10th of September 2017. Candidates are advised to keep a check on the official website and follow any changes that may have popped up. Ignore any private website and adhere to only official notifications. Best of Luck!
